Level Zero Conference Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for registering for the Level Zero Conference. We understand that plans can change. Below is our structured refund schedule, along with policies regarding attendee substitutions, event cancellations, and special exceptions.
1. Refund Timeline & Terms
Ticket refund eligibility operates on a structured timeline based on how far in advance of the event date your written cancellation request is received.

| 3 Months Prior to Event | Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. |
| Less Than 2 Months Prior to Event | Non-refundable. All registration fees are forfeited. |
Note: If you fail to submit a cancellation request, do not arrange a substitute, or do not show up to the conference, you forfeit the entire registration fee.
2. Policy Exceptions & Substitutions
- Attendee Substitutions: If you are unable to attend or miss the refund deadline, you are permitted to transfer your registration to a colleague or substitute at any time prior to the start of the event. Please contact our support team to update the attendee information on your pass.
- Government Travel Restrictions: Full refunds (100%) may be granted if strict, mandatory government regulations or travel bans from your location prevent travel to the conference site. This exception applies solely to enforceable government mandates—not general travel advisories or individual flight disruptions.
- Event Cancellation: If the Level Zero Conference is completely canceled by event management, registered attendees will be entitled to a 100% full refund or the option to roll over their registration to the next scheduled event.
- Credit Card Processing: All approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original credit card used for purchase.
