With over 20 years of experience across the disciplines of cybersecurity regulatory, compliance, governance, & Incident response, Justin has consistently driven corporate strategies and initiatives across diverse sectors, including healthcare, energy and technology. Currently serving as the Modernization and Integration Principle at Navigator Solutions leading the deployment of next-generation cybersecurity solutions, including Zero trust IT and OT, advanced threat hunting and forensics. In his previous role as Director of Cybersecurity & Enterprise Risk Management at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, he managed DOD/DHA/VA/ISO approvals, NGFW fedRAMP deployments, hyperscale drove cybersecurity cross business unit security initiatives, public disclosures and on the tiger team for ransomware and zero-days.

A member of organizations such as H-ISAC, HSCC, ISSA, InfraGard, and the Fortinet Customer Advisory Board, Justin leverages strong cross-functional leadership to align cybersecurity measures with business objectives. His expertise extends to auditing global environments against NIST CSF and CIS best practices, fostering strategic partnerships, cybersecurity risk quantification and conducting compliance assessments. Justin aims to contribute his extensive background and proven results toward driving innovative cybersecurity initiatives within  forward-thinking organizations.
